Dealing With Police

Dealing with cops isnt always easy but you can at least make it fun when they begin to misuse there power... which is 90 percent of the time as we have learned. They dont even know the laws themselves.. The Police Oath

Were all tricked, the police do 2 jobs but we all think its one job. They act as Officers and Constables, both are completely different. Right imagine your getting a fine but your dont want it, speeding fine for example. Your at the roadside 1st: name, number, ID - They instantly want our names and details... assuming we are operating in commerce. The ones operating in commerce are them, make sure they know whos calling the shots here. 2nd: Are you here as a police officer or a peace constable? - POLICE OFFICER (POLICY ENFORCER) is a corporate policy enforcer, enforces statutes and acts on persons - legal fiction (NOT UNDER OATH, NO AUTHORITY OVER YOU WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT) If the cop answers as an officer tell him he has no authority as he cant be under oath and requires your consent to continue. Your consent consists of a Fee Schedule you do not operate with corporations without gain, after all they dont work with us without gain do they? - PEACE CONSTABLE (PUBLIC SERVANT) is a public servant who helps and aids the public (NOT COMPANIES OR CORPORATIONS) the public! and helps prevents crime (a crime is where someone has suffered a loss due to your actions, an injured party) peace constables deserve utmost respect, if they are acting within their office and jurisdiction dont give them shit talk to them as humans. However most of them are well known to be cunts its that simple and they abuse power like crazy and get away with it aswell if you dont persue them so watch your wording dont ever give out a name and address. 3rd: If they answer as - A constable ask, Are you under oath? Tell/ask them their oath and what it means. - As an officer, Tell them they have no authority over you and that you dont consent to any offers or contracts with them They will start to hit you with all the legislation now and what acts ect youv broken, this is where you must know your legalese and what to say. Its basic and simple but easy to slip up. You also need to remind them acts and statutes are not law and how why they are not law and how the oath gives them the power (they swear an oath to the queen who swore an oath to uphold the law of the land ect) Start hitting them with their legislation, example they wanna fine you, you can say Under The Bill Of Rights 1688 - Grants of Fines, &c. before Conviction, &c. "And severall Grants and Promises made of Fines and Forfeitures before any Conviction or Judgement against the Persons upon whome the same were to be levyed. All which are utterly directly contrary to the knowne Lawes and Statutes and Freedome of this Realme." - Grants of Forfeitures. "That all Grants and Promises of Fines and Forfeitures of particular persons before Conviction are illegall and void." But that doesnt matter anyway because im a human operating under common law jurisdiction... God cops should start to leave you alone by now, Bad cops will get really angry by this point and try getting into your car or house ect, so what crime has been commited here today why have i been stopped? (Remember unless your caused harm or loss to another no crime an have been commited) no crime so they have no authority, stand your ground. They will continue to quote statutes and acts or stuff from parliament. At this point if you know your stuff and know the history you can try and educate them, if your not sure you can just keep refusing to answer them reminding them your not a person you have no such thing as a second name and that your birth certificate cant be used as ID of a birthdate (crown copyright) 4th: About 20 mins later and about 20 cops later and your still in the car or something, its down to them just wanting to arrest you to cause you inconveinience, if they had authority youd be arrested before this, its just them being power hungry scum. Be prepared to be arrested and have your car window smashed for not having tax or something then getting out of jail charge free but, without a car.. that is the society we now live in they steal our property.

The best advice i can give you when dealing with this gang of thugs is always be prepared to be arrested. You will get off charge free but they will arrest you just to be bastards. Getting pulled over
